Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Commercial Security Sales Executive in Appleton, WI to promote and sell security solutions to commercial customers. You will develop new market share, expand existing accounts, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.

The role requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred), excellent communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security solutions to commercial customers in the local territory.
• Develop new market share with local commercial clients and manage existing accounts.
• Identify prospects and generate leads; build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Create call plans and territory management strategies; follow up on opportunities.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and post-installation follow-up to confirm commitments are met.
