Job summary

The role requires a minimum of three years in commercial security sales, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. College degree is preferred; local travel is expected, with a strong incentive plan and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience selling commercial security systems is required.
• Strong oral and written communication, able to present to senior executives.
• Willingness to travel locally and work full-time.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology in an assigned territory; build relationships and close new business.
• Act as brand steward, demonstrate Johnson Controls Security as a leading provider; work to retain customers and secure upgrades.
• Understand our product line well; renew existing contracts and pursue new sales opportunities.
