Job summary

Roof Services is seeking a results-driven Field Sales professional to expand our territory, build and maintain relationships with facilities directors, building owners and purchasing directors, and deliver tailored roofing solutions. You will visit sites, inspect needs, and present professional quotes while staying organized in our CRM.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 3+ years in sales, preferably in roofing, with excellent communication, professionalism, and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3+ years sales experience (roofing preferred).
• Excellent communication and proactive attitude.
• Maintain professionalism.
• Strong organizational and math skills.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and build relationships with facilities directors, building owners, and purchasing directors.
• Maintain contact with current customers.
• Visit facilities to assess service needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed quotes.
• Stay organized, update contacts in the management system.
• Support regional sales efforts.
• Record all sales communications and share insights on lost business.
