Job summary
Executive Roofing Systems is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Sales Rep / Estimator to drive service revenue through new opportunities, roof assessments, and detailed estimating. The role emphasizes relationship-building with owners, managers, and facilities teams, and ownership of opportunities from initial lead through close.
You will focus on commercial roof repairs, preventative maintenance, and recurring maintenance agreements, while collaborating with suppliers,
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial roofing sales, service, estimating, or similar customer-facing roofing role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.).
- Proven ability to develop scopes of work and estimates.
Responsibilities
- Own the service sales process from lead to close and manage opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with building owners and property managers.
- Perform roof inspections, develop scopes of work, and prepare proposals.
- Follow up on estimates and proposals to convert opportunities into recurring revenue.
