Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in roofing sales, service, estimating, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of roof systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, BUR, coatings.
• Excellent communication with owners, managers, and other decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial roofing service, repair, and maintenance opportunities.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
