Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing, construction sales or account management is preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with commercial customers.
• Identify roofing repair, maintenance, re-roofing and new construction opportunities.
• Conduct customer meetings and inspections to identify project needs.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Operations to develop proposals and recommendations.
• Follow up on proposals to secure new business.
• Maintain accurate customer and project data in the database.
• Communicate scope and commitments to Operations upon award.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with property managers and owners.
• Participate in sales, production, and job-site meetings as needed.
• Meet sales and business development goals (KPIs).
