Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, focused on maintenance plans.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, problem solving, prospecting and closing.
• Adept at managing client expectations through the sales process from program development to service implementation and fulfillment.
• Clear communication and negotiation in challenging sales situations.
• Ability to meet productivity goals per company metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-level organizational sales strategies and growth plans for the service business.
• Prepare and present proposals and estimates to prospective clients.
• Develop knowledge of roofing system specs and manufacturers.
• Create personal business plans to meet quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Manage client relationships through the full sales cycle from concept to service fulfillment.
• Proactively prospect and develop accounts via cold calls, social media, emails, and meetings.
• Coordinate with leadership to review maintenance and service opportunities.
• Document all sales activities in the CRM and report progress to leadership.
• Negotiate and close opportunities following leadership guidelines.
• Collaborate with Service Operations to resolve issues during client engagements.
