The role requires 5+ years banking/finance experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with strong communication and sales skills essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and generate loans via referrals, calls, and community involvement.
• Analyze financial data, structure and negotiate credit transactions.
• Service existing customers to maximize profitability.
• Pursue repayment and contact borrowers with past-due or overdrawn accounts.
• Monitor early signs of problem loans and generate reports.
• Support leadership of Commercial PMs/RMs as needed.
