Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Requires 5+ years banking, finance, or sales experience.
• Six months or more credit analysis experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and loans through referrals, calls, and community involvement.
• Analyze customers’ financial data, structure and negotiate credit transactions.
• Service existing relationships to maximize profitability.
• Pursue repayment of loans and contact past-due borrowers.
• Monitor early problem loans and report weak/criticized loans.
• Assist other lines of business with business development.
• Support leadership with coaching and training where needed.
