The RM II will supervise and grow business through calls, referrals, and community involvement, with strong focus on credit analysis, profitability, and cross-selling. Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and banking experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business and generating loans through referrals and calls
• Analyze customers' financial data, structure and negotiate credit transactions
• Service existing relationships to maximize profitability
• Pursue repayment of loans and contact customers with past-due accounts
• Detect problem loans early and generate management reports
• Assist other lines of business with business development
• Serve as a resource and trainer/coach when needed
