Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager V to deliver tailored client solutions across a broad range of products in a defined geographic area, targeting clients with revenues over $100MM. You will identify high-value opportunities, drive relationship strategies, and lead a team-based delivery approach with cross-functional partners.

The role emphasizes advanced credit acumen, pricing discipline, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eight (8) years experience in Commercial banking or sales with at least five (5) years Commercial Relationship Management experience.
• Graduate degree and CTP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, prioritizes and develops relationship strategy for high-value retention/expansion clients and targets.
• Delivers knowledgeable advice and solutions, institutionalizes client relationships, and optimizes revenue opportunities to the Commercial Bank.
• Isolates current and emerging client needs and proactively introduces solutions.
• Identifies and works with relevant business partners in a team-based delivery model.
• Plans and executes quality client/prospect calls, centered around advice-driven delivery.
• Manages transaction processes from initial engagement through final close, including structure, pricing, internal approval / compliance processes and documentation.
• Exercises a high degree of credit acumen and pricing discipline.
• Develops consistent practices learned through the Relationship Management Process and relevant credit training, creating new client value and functioning as a strategic partner
