Responsibilities

Assists Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships.
Serves as a point of contact for servicing requests for Commercial Banking clients.
Attends weekly meetings to discuss renewals, pipeline items, and servicing tasks.
Provides reports such as 360 Report, Weekly Sales, and Maturities.
Facilitates credit application workflow and loan closing processes.
Maintains data integrity across source systems and COI records.
Supports onboarding of Treasury Management clients and client resources.
