Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 15+ years of banking experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in a Commercial Banking environment.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals for CBS teams and drive profitable client relationships.
• Manage client relationship plans and monitor progress toward goals.
• Track and report team sales activities and performance metrics.
• Accompany managers on key client visits to assist closing deals.
• Direct service center placement for new clients for optimal delivery.
• Conduct annual reviews of client relationships and optimize cross-sell.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff while maintaining staffing ratios.
