The role focuses on identifying strategy for high-value clients, nurturing relationships, coordinating with partners, guiding client calls, and managing the process to close in a compliant, revenue-driving manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years in Commercial Banking or 6 years in related client-facing financial services.
• High school diploma or GED with 8 years in Commercial Banking or 10 years in related client-facing financial services.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and develop relationship strategy for high-value retention/expansion clients and targets.
• Deliver knowledgeable advice and solutions, institutionalize client relationships, and optimize revenue opportunities.
• Isolate current and emerging client needs and proactively introduce solutions.
• Identify and work with relevant business partners in a team-based delivery model.
• Plan and execute quality client/prospect calls centered around advice-driven delivery.
• Manage transaction processes from initial engagement through final close, including structure, pricing, internal approvals and documentation.
• Exercise credit acumen and pricing discipline.
• Develop consistent practices learned through the Relationship Management Process and credit training.
