Job summary

Trustmark Bank seeks a seasoned Commercial Relationship Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of mid- to large-sized business clients in the region. You will assess credit needs, structure banking solutions, and foster profitable client relationships.

The role requires deep credit analysis, sales-focused business development, and leadership in risk management. You will collaborate with product partners and senior leadership to drive growth while maintaining prudent lending practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or relevant job experience.
• Minimum of five years proven and progressive commercial banking/credit experience.
• Minimum of eight years managing a commercial loan portfolio with a track record in sales.
• Experience with commercial banking risk analysis.
• Knowledge of banking and credit approvals and external regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial accounts to maximize profitability with minimal risk.
• Manage portfolio and generate incremental revenue; meet financial goals.
• Engage with customers to enhance trusted advisor relationships and cross-sell.
• Perform loan underwriting and risk analysis; present credit packages.
• Develop market strategies; conduct calls and client meetings for growth.
