Qualifications

• Minimum five years of commercial banking/credit experience.
• Minimum eight years managing a commercial loan portfolio with sales track record.
• Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial accounts to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
• Analyze credits, financial statements, and banking solutions for clients.
• Grow portfolio by cross-selling other bank products.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationship with customers through regular engagement.
• Present credit requests and risk assessments to Senior Loan Committee as needed.
• Lead market development and client outreach to expand business.
