Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing a commercial loan portfolio.
• Proven sales ability and business development track record.
• Knowledge of pricing models related to profitability of lending.
• Understanding of lending and credit approval processes and bank policies.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and price commercial loans within credit authority.
• Present loan approval recommendations to Senior Loan Committee.
• Cross-sell referrals.
• Develop business with prospect list and call program.
• Recommend promotional sponsorships to senior management.
• Maintain high-quality loan portfolio and profitability within limits.
• Provide guidance to less experienced relationship managers.
