Job summary

TD Bank, N.A. is seeking a high-performing Senior Relationship Manager to grow and deepen a commercial banking portfolio.

You will act as a trusted advisor to up-market clients, leveraging your expertise in credit, business development, and market insights to structure complex financial solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, influence credit decisions, and lead strategic client engagements to expand the commercial banking presence in our communities.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree plus 10+ years relevant experience.
Deep understanding of commercial industry, business development techniques and credit decisions.
Proven business development track record with proven ability to conceptualize and implement effective new business strategies.

Responsibilities

Growth goals (loans, deposits, fees) and cross-selling through development of new business.
Lead relationship management for assigned portfolio/segment with strategic client engagements.
Structure and negotiate credit solutions and financing packages for up-market clients.
Collaborate across internal teams to influence credit decisions and deliver tailored financial solutions.
