Job summary

Element Risk Management is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to lead client relationships, drive new business, and coordinate internal teams across service and sales functions.

You'll guide strategic risk management for key accounts, negotiate renewals with carriers, and mentor team members while expanding existing relationships through cross-sell opportunities. Based in Medina, OH area with office presence required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent is desired.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• EOS experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, inspire action, and align teams with agency goals.
• Manage processes, monitor performance, and coach staff.
• Lead strategic relationships and act as primary contact for key accounts.
• Deliver strategic risk guidance and oversee renewal planning with carriers.
• Drive sales cycle from lead to close and expand accounts through cross-sell.
• Mentor team members and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to provide feedback on customer and/or market conditions.
• Handle telephone calls and assist with personal visits from customers pertaining to their risks and coverage requirements.
• Ensure that all requests for changes, endorsements, etc. are properly implemented and comport with company requirements.
• Other duties, as assigned.
