Element Risk Management is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to lead client relationships, drive new business, and direct internal teams across our 18 offices. The role blends consultative sales, operational leadership, and growth strategy.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled negotiator, and trusted advisor with insurance sales or account management experience. This on-site role focuses on strategic risk guidance and multi-account growth.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent is desired.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or account management
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
• EOS experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead: Set the vision, inspire action, and align teams with agency goals.
• Manage: Implement processes, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Hold Accountable: Ensure outcomes are delivered, issues are resolved, and a culture of ownership is maintained.
• Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and deliver strategic risk management guidance.
• Lead renewal planning and carrier negotiations.
• Lead a cross-functional pod to ensure seamless client service and drive the sales cycle from lead to close.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
