Job summary

Element Risk Management is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure policy accuracy, and support the Account Executive in delivering risk solutions. You will be the go-to resource for day-to-day servicing, underwriting coordination, and identifying opportunities to enhance client coverage through cross-sell strategies.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial lines underwriting and marketing with a multi-line insurance agency or brokerage operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications, including policy inquiries, billing questions, and service requests.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to resolve service issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively initiate renewal processes.
• Support account executives with proposals, summaries, and client deliverables.
• Oversee underwriting processes to ensure compliance and timely policy delivery.
