Qualifications

• EOS experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, inspire action, and align teams with agency goals.
• Serve as primary contact for key accounts and deliver risk management guidance.
• Lead renewal planning and carrier negotiations.
• Drive the sales cycle from lead to close and mentor team members.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell.
