You will be the go-to resource for day-to-day servicing, underwriting coordination, and identifying opportunities to enhance client coverage through cross-sell strategies. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications including policy inquiries and service requests.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and documents accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and log activities in the agency system.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor renewal timelines and initiate renewal processes proactively.
• Support account executives with proposals, summaries, and deliverables.
• Oversee underwriting processes to ensure compliance and timely policy delivery.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and advise on coverage options.
