Job summary

HUB International in the United States is seeking an Account Manager within our Customer Service team to manage the full account-service process for commercial lines clients. You will market to carriers, prepare quotes, oversee enrollments, and support client meetings with Producers.

Qualifications

• Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred).
• Have at least 3+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
• Demonstrated presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire account-service process.
• Market to carriers.
• Prepare quotes and proposals.
• Presents proposals to clients in coordination with Producers.
• Oversee enrollments, changes and terms; maintain renewal controls.
