Qualifications

• At least one year of insurance experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented self-starter and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, reviews, and processes transactions, documents, and communications for assigned accounts.
• Participates in renewal preparation and generates renewal updates as directed.
• Delivers quality service to clients, team members, and carriers.
• Maintains accurate suspense and uses carrier websites to obtain documents.
• Input/maintain data in account management systems and provide mailroom/switchboard support.
