Job summary

HUB International in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to manage a book of insurance business and provide professional service to clients, carriers, and partners. You will support Producers and Account Executives in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, cross-sell opportunities, and accurate documentation across agency systems. A Property & Casualty license and 2–5 years in insurance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years insurance industry experience (brokerage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Property & Casualty License required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal activities.
• Provides professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, and partners to maintain high retention.
• Prepares transactions, paperwork and processing for assigned accounts.
• Analyzes clients' objectives and compares plans for suitability.
• Communicates effectively with clients and carriers to resolve issues and answer questions.
