Qualifications

• 2–3 years business lending experience.
• Experience with Commercial & Industrial loans.
• Experience with Commercial Real Estate.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance; equivalents considered.
• Graduate School of Banking / RMA coursework / NAGGL SBA certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial lending and product sales through referrals and business development.
• Build and manage a portfolio of commercial loans and relationships.
• Assess creditworthiness and prepare memorandums with a credit analyst.
• Consult with members to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Treasury Sales to bank business members and manage cash flow.
• Work with Retail Banking to onboarding business owners and those who support business success.
• Cross-sell products and services to engage members.
• Provide education and advice and connect with community resources.
• Make lending recommendations with analysts per policy and regulations.
• Conduct annual reviews to ensure loan safety and soundness.
• Maintain knowledge of SBA lending and related resources.
