Job summary

Citizens Business Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of Commercial clients and build strong relationships that drive commercial loans, deposits and other banking products. The role supports Center sales and service to retain existing clients and attract new relationships.

The ideal candidate will manage deposit and loan goals, work with the Center manager to implement policies, and contribute to earnings growth in the Center service area while delivering The Citizens

Qualifications

• Four-year college or university program degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commercial Banking experience and/or training is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial clients and develop relationships that lead to loans and deposits.
• Assist with Center sales and service efforts to retain and grow relationships.
• Work with the Center manager to meet deposit, loan and net income goals.
• Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures and CRA objectives.
• Commit to teamwork and delivering The Citizens Experience Customer Service.
