Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Executive (Producer) to identify and win new business, building executive relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions. You will operate within World’s platform to manage risk, employee benefits, and related services.

Ideal candidates have proven success in business development, strong prospecting and presentation skills, and experience with CRM and agency management systems.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and consultative sales.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience presenting proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and insurance agency management systems such as AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar tools.
• Experience working within an insurance brokerage environment and selling commercial insurance and/or employee benefits solutions is valued.
• Must obtain and maintain all required insurance licenses and regulatory requirements.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with emphasis on commercial accounts.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate records within HubSpot and manage opportunities and relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive risk-management solutions using World’s broad portfolio of services.
• Build long-term client relationships and cross-sell additional solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and coordinating internal resources.
