• Proven success in business development, consultative sales, and delivering value-driven solutions.

• Experience using CRM platforms and insurance agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new commercial opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through the pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and manage opportunities and relationships.
• Deliver risk management solutions via World’s broad portfolio of services.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor coordinating internal resources for customized solutions.
