World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Executive (Producer) to build relationships, generate new business, and close commercial insurance opportunities across client organizations. You will leverage World’s platform to deliver property & casualty solutions while expanding services such as employee benefits, retirement plans, payroll, and HR solutions.

• Proven success in business development, consultative sales, and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
• Experience using CRM platforms and insurance agency management systems.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new commercial opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through the pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and manage opportunities and relationships.
• Deliver risk management solutions via World’s broad portfolio of services.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor coordinating internal resources for customized solutions.
