Citizens Bank seeks a motivated Relationship Manager to deepen client relationships and manage a portfolio of moderately complex business banking clients. This senior role emphasizes sales and credit skills with an uncapped incentive opportunity.

You will collaborate with peers across banking, lending and investing to help clients reach short- and long-term financial goals while growing the business banking footprint in your market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• 2+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Manager role or related business lending experience preferred.
• Business to Business sales experience required.
• Motivated self-starter with leadership ability and potential.
• Team-oriented with strong internal/external network.
• Ability to meet aggressive sales, loan and deposit generation targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong customer and colleague relationships.

Responsabilités

• Develop consultative relationships with small business clients in your target market with annual revenues ranging from one million to ten million dollars.
• Understand client needs, provide value-added solutions, manage a portfolio of existing customers and drive new commercial relationships.
• Partner with banking teams to offer product solutions that enhance customer experience and profitability.
• Complete training in commercial credit and sales practices to assess and mitigate lending risk.
• Grow market presence by expanding relationships with Centers of Influence.
• Engage in community activity to expand potential customer base.
