Responsibilities

• Makes retention and business development calls on existing and potential customers.
• Develops new customer prospects and business for the Bank.
• Maintains prospect lists and business pipeline.
• Interviews applicants, completes documentation and recommends loan products.
• Determines best loan structure for customers and submits for underwriting.
• Coordinates and attends loan closings.
• Builds and maintains a portfolio of high-value small business clients.
• Educates customers on financial planning and suitable products.
