Job summary

Responsibilities

• Business development with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Develop network of external referral sources/COIs to attract new clients.
• Maintain, grow and service assigned portfolios and cross-sell other bank products.
• Negotiate terms of lending agreements and prepare packages for credit approval.
• Monitor and report changes in credit quality.
• Lead loan closing process and ensure documents reflect agreed terms and proper closing.
