Job summary

Valley Bank seeks an experienced lending professional focused on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships within the community. You will develop COIs to attract clients, manage portfolios, and cross-sell bank products to drive profitability.

You will oversee the loan closing process, ensuring documents reflect agreed terms and compliance. A strong background in credit underwriting and loan documentation is required, with a high standard for process accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years lending/credit experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related study and/or formal Commercial Credit training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business relationships and acquire new clients.
• Develop network of COIs to attract clients.
• Manage portfolios, cross-sell bank products, and drive profitability and growth.
