Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying and acquiring new corporate clients with $50M+ revenue. You will cultivate leads, build relationships, and expand the bank’s market share.

Lead initiatives to coordinate with RMs, Treasury, Payments and Credit to deliver tailored solutions and onboarding for new clients, aiming to exceed targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in corporate/commercial banking with new client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking products incl. credit, treasury, cash mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential commercial clients through market research and networks.
• Develop a strategic plan to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Initiate contact with decision-makers and present tailored banking solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver onboarding for new clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new business goals.
