Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Commercial Account Executive to drive revenue with up-market accounts, building strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders and leading cross-functional strategy across assigned accounts.

You will develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting, coordinating resources to meet business needs and delivering Salesforce value propositions while driving growth within existing and new logos.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field.
• Proven experience managing existing accounts to upsell/cross-sell opportunities and acquiring new logos.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction at assigned accounts
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer objectives
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources
• Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
• Drive growth within an existing assigned account
