Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Collections/Client Relations Coordinator to manage and execute the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. You will monitor the AR portfolio, liaise with clients, and collaborate with billing and cash application teams to ensure timely payments and accurate posting.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional, confidential handling of financial information within a busy law firm

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of collections experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR portfolio to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing and payments.
• Prepare aging reports and collection status updates for management.
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts with documentation and recommendations.
