• Over 5 years leading large-scale technical programs with business outcomes.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Ability to design strategic roadmaps and drive cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near, mid, and long-term cloud transformation strategy with the customer and AWS teams.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies to unlock opportunities.
• Accelerate adoption through education and enablement.
• Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact AWS use cases and best practices.
• Coordinate with Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate cloud journeys.
• Lead as a thought leader, mentor junior CSMs, and share success mechanisms.
