Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to drive strategic cloud transformations for enterprise customers. You will partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to plan migrations, modernizations, and governance across the customer journey.

You will guide executives through adoption, align initiatives with business outcomes, and deliver measurable value while shaping the future of AWS cloud adoption and agentic AI across industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
10+ years in customer-facing technology roles or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and driving business outcomes.
Hands-on cloud computing experience including migration/modernization strategies.

Responsibilities

Accelerate AWS adoption through delivery and execution.
Identify and align on strategic cloud opportunities with the account team.
Enable customers and evangelize AWS services and adoption.
Implement governance structures to manage partnership and customer adoption.
Lead reporting cadences and ensure progress toward milestones.
