Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a Principal Account Technology Strategist to drive strategic technology engagements with customers and IT decision-makers. You will lead end-to-end customer journeys, develop technology roadmaps, and identify opportunities to increase value and adoption across large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of technical customer service experience in high-tech environments.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and events.
• Certifications helpful but not required (CCE-V, CC-VAD-CC, CC-VAD-MA, CC-VAD-AWS, Azure/Azure Architect, AWS Practitioner/Architect, Google Associate Cloud Engineer).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; proven revenue-driven mindset.
