Job summary

Cloud Software Group, LLC seeks a Principal Account Technology Strategist (ATS) to lead strategic technical engagements with customers’ business and IT leaders. You will craft technology roadmaps, identify value opportunities, and influence sales with deep technical insight.

You will forge trusted advisor relationships, orchestrate cross‑functional resources, and drive adoption of cloud-based solutions across large enterprise accounts. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of technical customer service experience in high-tech, indirect sales, and/or procurement environments.
• Ability to travel to customer sites, corporate offices, and events.
• Certifications in cloud technologies are beneficial but not required.
• Experience aligning technology solutions with business strategy and driving customer adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnerships and build trusted relationships with customers and senior technical stakeholders.
• Integrate with customers and maintain essential relationships through regular communication.
• Create strategic plans aligning with customers' future goals.
• Provide technical thought leadership and articulate industry trends.
• Coordinate resources to meet customer needs across diverse technologies.
• Overcome objections and accelerate the technical evaluation in sales cycles.
• Demonstrate value and drive adoption of solutions with customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions remotely or on-site.
• Build multi-product proof-of-concept solutions for evaluations.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and technical strategy in Salesforce.
• Serve as an external spokesperson and evangelist for the company vision.
