Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of technical customer service experience in high-tech environments.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and events.
• Certifications such as CCE-V, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnerships and build trusted relationships with customers at senior levels.
• Fully integrate with customers and maintain essential relationships across all levels.
• Provide technical thought leadership and communicate industry trends to inform and influence sales.
• Lead multi‑product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations and drive adoption.
