Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support AWS Enterprise customers by providing strategic technical guidance and advocacy across compute, storage, databases, analytics, and more. This role focuses on customer outcomes rather than sales.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive adoption of AWS services, craft risk-aware strategies, and ensure operational health of customer environments. A travel expectation of about 10%+ is noted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data/analytics, security, and applications development in distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to customers.
• Represent AWS within customer environments and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk with senior leadership.
