Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help customers adopt Google Cloud products and guide strategic and technical transformations. You will manage cloud consulting engagements and regularly engage with enterprise leadership and a distributed team to accelerate adoption.

The role focuses on driving customer success through coordinated timelines, migration goals, and business outcomes, with collaboration across Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey, providing technical guidance, and managing timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development; lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand the customer’s business, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to align business and technical needs.
• Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure customer success, and guide issues/escalations to resolution.
• Develop best practices and assets from engagements to scale through partners and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
