Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting is seeking a Manager for the Technical Account Management (TAM) team to lead a group of technical advisors who serve as the critical link between Google Cloud and our customers.

You will lead and coach TAMs dedicated to ensuring customers derive maximum value from their Google Cloud investments, guiding your team on platform health, architectural stability, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders to architect, develop, or maintain cloud solutions.
• 3 years of experience managing technical teams or serving as a team lead/mentor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing TAM team focused on health, stability, and efficiency.
• Guide governance frameworks and health reviews across accounts, identifying risks and improvements.
• Serve as escalation point for technical challenges, partnering with Support and Engineering.
• Drive excellence in workshops, reviews, and production readiness assessments.
• Provide insights to Product and Engineering from customer feedback and trends.
