Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help customers adopt Google Cloud products and lead the end-to-end transformation journey. You will manage cloud consulting engagements and collaborate with executives and dispersed teams to ensure successful delivery of engagements.

In this role, you will work with enterprises across a cross-functional and distributed organization, guiding strategic and technical decisions to enable growth and optimize cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey, providing technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals and business transformation strategies.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development across multiple work streams and teams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand customer's business, build strategic roadmaps, and lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions.
• Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure customer success, and guide issues/escalations to resolution.
• Build best practices and assets from customer engagements to scale through partners and accelerate Google Cloud adoption.
