Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale programs with proven outcomes.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT, vendor or consulting roles.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• As a CSM, drive customer outcomes and execute strategic migrations to AWS.
• Engage with executives and teams to build cloud adoption roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales, solution architecture, and partners to deliver value.
• Educate customers to accelerate cloud adoption and governance.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key SMB accounts.
