Job summary

AWS Global Sales is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to help customers accelerate value creation through strategic migrations to the AWS cloud and modern cloud-native solutions. You will engage across sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, product development, professional services, and partners to design and execute end-to-end cloud adoption programs.

You will own roadmaps, identify high-impact use cases, and drive governance while delivering business outcomes for diverse AWS

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with proven thought leadership and program completion
• Experience in enterprise IT environments (vendor/consultant) or managing technical programs
• Experience in customer-facing roles and coordinating across teams to meet customer requirements
• Knowledge of software development/engineering lifecycle from conception to delivery or IT lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Execute a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for the customer’s cloud transformation in collaboration with the customer and AWS teams
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills and develop long-term relationships
• Maintain broad knowledge of existing and emerging technologies to unlock customer opportunities
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement
• Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact AWS use cases and best practice implementations
• Coordinate between project teams and customers to meet unique requirements
