Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Customer Solutions Manager to drive customer cloud transformations, architect strategic migrations, and deliver modern cloud-native solutions. You will guide programs end-to-end, align multiple teams, and mentor junior CSMs while focusing on customer value and business outcomes.

You will work with sales, solution architecture, support, product, and services teams to design an end-to-end cloud adoption experience and accelerate customer success in East Palo

Formación

• 5+ years of leading large-scale technical programs with proven leadership and successful completion.
• 3+ years in enterprise IT, vendor/consultant, or managing technical programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• AWS or other cloud certification.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating between project teams and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Execute a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for the overall customer's cloud transformation with the AWS team.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement and develop long-term relationships based on excellence.
• Maintain broad knowledge of existing and developing technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact use cases for AWS service adoption and best practices.
• Manage time efficiently and align required Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate the journey.
• Be a thought leader across Amazon organizations to share success mechanisms and mentor junior CSMs.
