Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to drive cloud transformation for customers, designing strategic migrations to the AWS cloud and building modern cloud-native solutions. You will work with sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, product, services, and partners to align outcomes with customer objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with proven leadership and business-case experience.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives, technologists or partners to solve problems with advanced technologies.
• Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functions.
• Experience in enterprise-scale infrastructure or cloud programs.
• PMP, SCRUM/Agile, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience implementing cloud migrations and modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for the customer’s cloud transformation.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills across organizational levels.
• Maintain knowledge of existing and emerging technologies related to cloud computing.
• Lead organizational change management as part of project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Collaborate with customers to prioritize high-impact use cases for AWS service adoption.
• Manage multiple initiatives across the customer portfolio and coordinate cross-team efforts.
• Mentor junior CSMs and share industry knowledge.
